Indeed — our top source of candidates

Con­grat­u­la­tions to Indeed, who today posted a very inter­est­ing blog on their growth and suc­cess so far. They hit 100 mil­lion unique vis­i­tors to their site in Jan­u­ary and with 3 bil­lion searches every month that got us think­ing on how much of an impact Indeed is mak­ing on our own sys­tem. So we did the num­bers and were aston­ished at what we saw.

Indeed accounted for almost 43% of traf­fic dri­ven to a com­pa­nies job pages.

Dig­ging fur­ther in our num­bers we found that out of the top 6 sources for can­di­dates, Indeed deliv­ered almost 58% of them, way ahead of any other source.
Indeed has really got their model right, as they say “One Search. All Jobs.”
