A social initiative aiming to upskill women and the LGBTQIA+ community to start careers in software development.

Level Up: Diversity In Tech is an extension of the Level Up initiative, organized by Zartis. In partnership with CodeOp, we aim to upskill queer women, trans and gender non-conforming people from around the world, with limited access to resources & education, and help them start a career in tech.

Join live classes with instructors, get 1-1- support from CodeOp teaching assistants, as well as Zartis tech mentors. From supported learning to personalised career support.

Why

We designed Level Up with one main goal in mind - to make make a meaningful change in people's lives by empowering them to have options. Since then, we have been working towards giving people the tools to carve their own success. Today, we are proud to witness the achievements of our alumni and the strides of our current and future students.

Level Up provided me an opportunity to have a high-quality training with a well-known Irish Institution. The course improved my employability prospects, and since then, I have received a couple of new job offers.
