I am originally from California where I studied Social Work at California State University, Los Angeles. I then moved to Madrid over a year ago to study International Business. As soon as I was ready to get back into the workforce, I had the opportunity to join Zartis as a Talent Consultant.
My first 2 weeks as a Talent Consultant at Zartis have included new faces, large amounts of information, and even a larger amount of support from coworkers and management.
Upon arrival on day one, I was surprised to find my calendar already fully booked to meet each and every one of my new coworkers. This approach made it very easy to get to know learn the ropes and get to know everyone in the office.
During my short time so far, I have been able to experience an international environment where the work I do directly impacts the direction in which the company is going. There is a strong sense of communication, teamwork, transparency and inclusion. One of the most enjoyable parts of being a part of Zartis is the flexibility to be creative and implement new ideas to reach objectives while counting on a high level of support.
Coming from a social work background, one of the most interesting things that stood out from the company as a whole is the ability to continue growth without removing the human factor. Everyone at Zartis really cares about standing behind ethical recruitment and ensures that the people we are recruiting are the right fit for the company and vice versa.
My first two weeks have been a great experience and I am looking forward to learning, growing and achieving my goals.
