Andre Carlucci co-founded and was the CTO of Way2 Technology for 15 years. He has also been a Microsoft most valuable professional for almost a decade and he is still part of the Microsoft Director Program. Currently, he works as the CTO for Lepaya, a leading learning and development platform delivering personalised employee training experiences.

What’s the most, in your opinion, what’s the most important driver of building a good culture? I’m curious because people have different views on it.”
“Yeah, so I think showing and leading by the example is super important. And the rest is kind of the common things, they are quite easy. If you think about it; respect. Everybody wants respect, transparency, or being fair, or trust. I think basically you should hire adults and treat them as adults, and I think that’s the basis for everything inside the team.”
