Making a positive difference in the world and empowering individuals has always been at the heart of our values and motivation.
Level Up
Level Up is a CSR initiative aiming to upskill refugees and asylum seekers across Europe and beyond. Together with Code Institute, DMI, UXDI and AllTalk Training, we provide focused training and help connect ambitious professionals with employers.
Project Connect
Project Connect is a CSR initiative aiming to enable women from conflict areas through internet connectivity. Our mission is to empower women training as software engineers in the Middle East by connecting them to the world.
Our forestry initiatives
Protecting our forests means protecting our future. We strive to become carbon-neutral by offsetting the footprint of all of our employees.
Cue, Spain
With the help of Bosquia, we planted 800 trees in 2021. The Zartis forest is in the Cue, Asturias region of Spain and it supports the bio-diversity in the region, while offsetting the carbon footprint of our company.
Ávila, Spain
On this occasion, our team members helped the Sotalbo Resurge association in Avila to recover an area affected by wildfires in 2022. Our team was able to join the effort of planting over 750 native trees in the region.

Investing in the local community
We have been supporting Na Piarsaigh Hurling & Football Club since early 2021. Na Piarsaigh is a well established and successful sports club, besides being a very active community hub for Cork – the city in which Zartis was founded and has its HQ to date.
Currently, the Na Piarsaigh Hurling and Football club supports the local community by providing various training programs to local youth and adults. Their teams range from juveniles beginning at the age of 5, all the way up to senior level.
We are very excited to support Na Piarsaigh GAA, and contribute to the opportunities they offer to their members.

Thanks to our partners within the Level Up initative, we have helped many aspiring professionals progress through software development and marketing scholarships.
