We were surprised and humbled to find out we were being considered among the fastest growing Irish technology companies when contacted by Deloitte a few months ago. Now that we have made the official ranks of the Fast50, with a spot in the top 15, we want to share our sense of accomplishment and gratitude with the Zartis community.
The Deloitte Technology Fast 50 is one of Ireland’s foremost technology award programmes, celebrating innovation and entrepreneurship. Now in its 20th successful year, it is a ranking of the country’s 50 fastest growing technology companies.
We owe our success to our teams but most importantly, to the mindset they brought, which was responsive rather than reactive.
Over the past 4 years, we not only grew in numbers from 10+ to 100+ but we also went through structural changes. We tried to drive our business, not through a traditional business plan, but using an iterative process and learning from the realizations we had on the road.
For us, being flexible has meant changing our company’s definition and core services. It started with accepting the fact that we are no longer a recruitment services company, and our growth boomed when we were able to cater to software developers directly.
