Information Collected

Through this website personal data, including names, email addresses, IP addresses, phone numbers, emails, location, education, employment history, image, and anything else you share directly via the Contact Form or AI Chatbot may be collected by ZARTIS. The User is not compelled to provide their personal data, however failing in doing so or providing inaccurate data may result in affecting the use of the website or the services of ZARTIS. ZARTIS does not collect personal data of special categories, nor aims its services to individuals under legal age. Minors under 13 years old may not use the services available on the website without prior authorisation of their parents, tutors or legal representatives, who will be solely responsible for the acts conducted through the website by these minors under their guard, including the filling out of any form with personal data, and the checking, in its case, of the checkboxes. In this sense, and to the extent ZARTIS is not able to control whether the Users are of legal age, it warns that it must be the parents or tutors who adopt the appropriate measures to prevent minors from getting access to the website and provide personal data without supervision, ZARTIS waives any liability in this respect.

ZARTIS has implemented and keeps the levels of security demanded by the GDPR to protect personal data of the Users and prevent accidental loss, and not authorised access, processing or disclosures, according to the current state of technology, the nature of the data kept and the risk exposure. However, the transfer of information on the Internet is not hundred percent safe, despite the best efforts of ZARTIS and cannot guarantee the security during the transfer up to the website. Once received ZARTIS will apply adequate security measures to prevent any unauthorised access.

AI Chatbot Interaction

In addition to the data collection methods previously described, ZARTIS utilises an AI-powered chatbot on this website to enhance User experience and provide immediate assistance.The chatbot collects and processes User data (including names, email addresses, company, and anything else shared in the chat) only after the User has been notified of this Privacy Policy and has provided explicit consent to proceed. Data collected via the chatbot is used to attend to User queries.Users may withdraw their consent for the processing of data collected through the chatbot at any time. To do so, please follow the procedure highlighted in the "Exercise of Rights" section of this policy below.

Exercise of Rights

Information Security Policy Statement

Zartis recognises that through the day-to-day operation of its business, we have an impact on our internal and external environment. Also, we ensure that due consideration is given to the potential impact that Information Security aspects may have on the operation of our core processes. As a result, Zartis has established this Information Security Policy Statement, to communicate awareness and understanding of Information Security aspects throughout the business.

Information Security Leadership

Zartis has appointed the Operations department, lead by our COO, and an Information Security Manager to develop and implement company initiatives to help us achieve our Information Security goals. Their role will also involve communicating Zartis policies to all interested parties through the delivery of internal presentations and promoting awareness externally as appropriate. Information Security aspects are considered at our weekly management meetings.

While Zartis ensures that all personnel consider process related Information Security impacts, we also have identified the following aspects for particular attention;

  • Zartis ensures that we meet relevant regulatory requirements and minimise any adverse Information Security effects caused as a result of our activities,
  • That we raise awareness, provide knowledge and support to employees on Information Security management,
  • Give training on the importance of protecting business and customer information throughout our business,
  • Promote an awareness of Information Security objectives,
  • Regularly review our Information Security practices and policy in accordance with the principles of ISO 27001,
  • Establish performance objectives, targets and management programmes to achieve these.

All risk assessments are carried out with the main objective being to manage the Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability of company information and systems.

Zartis has implemented an Internal Audit Programme to ensure the ongoing suitability, conformity and continual improvement of the management system is assured. 

The management system has the full support of all interested parties. All operational and support processes are within the scope of the management system. All personnel have been provided with a copy of this document, and it remains available in the Zartis document system for further reference.
